Key skills:
Python, Experience integrating with Bedrock, Experience with our observability tools (Splunk, Honeycomb, CloudWatch), React would be a plus.
We're looking for a hands-on engineer to help build and support an internal AI tool designed to enhance the daily workflows of our Site Reliability Engineers (SREs). You'll work closely with the engineering team to integrate AI capabilities into our observability stack and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and SREs to design and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate the AI tool with existing observability platforms (e.g., Splunk, Honeycomb, CloudWatch).
• Work with Amazon Bedrock and other foundational models to power AI features.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend components (React experience is a plus).
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Identify and resolve performance and integration issues.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python, especially in AI/ML applications or tooling.
• Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock or similar foundational model platforms.
• Experience working with observability tools like Splunk, Honeycomb, and CloudWatch.
• Exposure to or interest in React and frontend development.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical teams.
