Indotronix is seeking an :

Onsite Job - Aircraft Systems Engineer Level 3

Work Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Shift: First (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Job Description:

Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify a lifecycle-balanced system of systems and system solutions. Evaluates customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and assure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces. Performs various analyses to optimize total system architecture and system-of-systems performance. Conducts analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory compliance, certification, product assurance, and other specialty engineering factors to ensure mission success. Develops the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes. Resolves cross-functional technical issues.

This program is an engine replacement initiative involving the integration of modern engine technology into an existing aircraft platform. The effort includes adapting current engine systems into a legacy aircraft architecture. The engine provides thrust, bleed air for aircraft cooling, hydraulic power for flight control surfaces, electrical power for onboard electronics, and cockpit engine controls.

The Aircraft Integration Office (AIO) Systems Engineers support the Chief Engineer by coordinating cross-functional efforts, developing implementation plans, resolving technical issues, and ensuring successful system integration across the program.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical plans and solutions.

Education / Experience:

Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification, or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification, or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.
