Full Job Description
Air Logistics Healthcare Manager As the Air Logistics Healthcare Manager, you are responsible for ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while overseeing and managing daily operational activities during the assigned shift. This role provides leadership, guidance, and support to team members, proactively identifies and resolves potential or existing operational issues, and escalates critical concerns to the Director of Operations as needed. The Air Logistics Healthcare Manager also manages assigned internal departments, ensuring compliance with company standards, operational efficiency, and continuous service excellence. How you create impact • Contribute, develop & Implement new procedures and policies that increase efficiencies and achieve a high standard of performance from the staff • Assess staffing needs daily to ensure all work is being captioned on all Qic systems • Develop and maintain department schedule that provide adequate staff coverage at all times • Provide customer support, quotes and service options • Communicate with customers and Quick Offices regarding problems • Enforce company policies and procedures & monitor pro actively • Keep employees informed as to company / Department plans & progress • Assists in the selection of qualified personnel for all operational positions • Participate in the Hiring process, train and develop staff effectively • Take corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy Consults with Human Resources as appropriate What we would like you to bring • Minimum 5 years Industry Experience • GDP Training and Qualifications specific to Transportation • IT / Computer literacy qualifications • College degree preferred This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
