Full Job Description
Required Experience:
10+ years of experience supporting SRMA with strategic planning, facilitation services, sector outreach, and performance management and assessments.
7+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through closeout, with a track record of delivering on scope, schedule, and budget.
Technical expertise in National Critical Infrastructure Protection policy and strategy as well as, State/local government critical infrastructure program operations and structures.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, clients, and delivery teams; skilled at translating technical complexity into clear, decision-ready communication
Proactive approach to identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues before they escalate to keep programs on track in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
Experience establishing program governance structures, defining KPIs, and producing executive-level status reports, dashboards, and risk registers.
Establish and maintain technical and financial reports that clearly demonstrate progress of projects to management.
Ability to connect day-to-day execution to organizational strategy, identify dependencies across initiatives, and influence prioritization decisions at the portfolio level.
