What You Will Do:
Design, develop, and deliver training and organizational change management products/activities to support integration of artificial intelligence-enabled software solutions for a multi-year document digitization and related software development project.

What You Will Need:

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of experience independently drafting client-facing strategic communications and/or change management materials
  • Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience developing and delivering IT systems training
  • The ability to independently own the training and change management workstream, to include development of project schedule/milestones/deliverables, and meet all project deadlines


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • PROSCI or equivalent communications and change management certification
  • Excellent written and verbal client communication skills and the ability to quickly develop client relationships to support the overall goal of a smooth introduction of AI-enabled softare system features
  • Advanced MS Word, MS Powerpoint, and MS Teams (or equivalent webinar platform) skill

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
