Our Commercial Aircraft Group (CAG) in East Aurora, NY is currently seeking an AI Systems Analyst to join a collaborative and technically driven team. In this role, you will report directly to the Commercial Aircraft Group IT Applications and Data Manager and support data-driven and digital initiatives that enable Moog's commercial aerospace programs. As our AI Systems Analyst, you will make critical contributions by holding responsibility for:

  • Development and configuration of end-user applications, systems, databases, or websites that are integrated with AI technology
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for AI integration and automation
  • Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and tools based on project requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI systems that align with business goals
  • Monitor AI system performance and recommend improvements or optimizations
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to AI system specifications, configurations, and best practices
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning


To be considered for this AI Systems Analyst role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other relevant degree is required
  • 3-5+ years of experience in application and analytics development
  • Experience in AI system analysis, design, or implementation
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and virtual agents
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and responsible AI principles is preferred
  • Proficiency in programming languages including C#, Python, and SQL
  • Experience working with data integration, structured and unstructured data sources, and enterprise systems
  • Working experience/knowledge Apache Spark (PySpark or Scala), Python + PySpark, SQL-first, PowerBI, MLFlow, ETL jobs, and cloud storage (AWS), a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in an Agile Development environment is a plus
  • A continuous learning mindset and interest in advancing AI capabilities within the business

Salary Range Transparency:
Buffalo, NY $85,000.00-$110,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
