MUST HAVES
- Proven experience with AI tools, business systems, and technology implementation
- Strong project management skills - you move projects forward and keep stakeholders aligned
- Tech-savvy and self-directed, with experience in platforms such as NetSuite, Shopify, and Google Suite/MS tools

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technology Project Management - Lead execution of technology-related projects on time and within scope, ensuring alignment with company goals
- IT Support & Infrastructure - Ensure reliable technology support, system uptime, and swift resolution of technical issues for all users
- Systems Integration & Optimization - Own integration of software systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly across platforms and redundancies are eliminated
- AI Solution Identification & Implementation - Own the identification, evaluation, and deployment of AI tools and systems that improve company efficiency and outcomes
- System Documentation & Training - Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems and processes, and ensure team members are trained and well-supported
- Technology Vendor Management - Own relationships with software and technology vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness, service quality, and alignment with business needs

TITLE: AI + Systems Analyst
REPORTS TO: VP, Global Operations
FULL/PART TIME: Full-time
FLSA: Exempt
LOCATION: Office in Seattle, WA
COMPENSATION RANGE: $120-$140K (range includes 15% bonus)
