We are looking for a highly motivated AI Research Analyst to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of innovative AI-driven solutions for various departments. This role focuses on exploring and representing uncertainty in emergent AI systems-a key step in improving the reliability, transparency, and trustworthiness of AI applications in real-world, high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and evaluate software prototypes to explore and validate cutting-edge AI concepts.
  • Conduct literature reviews and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI innovation.
  • Translate research insights into practical recommendations with business and product impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and implement proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Apply statistical and computational models to address uncertainty and enhance AI decision-making.

Requirements
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related technical field.
