Sabot Consulting is seeking an AI Delivery Lead Project Manager who will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. This role oversees cross-functional teams, manages stakeholders, and ensures the successful implementation of AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:- Lead AI/ML project delivery from planning through deployment.
- Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Drive roadmap development and execution for AI initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics to ensure project success.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
Must Have:- 7+ years of experience in project/program management.
- 3+ years leading AI/ML or data science initiatives.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Nice To Have:- Experience in public sector or government environments.
- Certifications such as SAFe, or Scrum Master.
- Background in data engineering or analytics.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks.
