Full Job Description
The AI Program Analyst - Project - Analytics and Integration Engineer II leads the coordination and execution of complex AI development/implementation projects across the enterprise.

Work you'll do

As an AI Program Analyst on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:
  • Support the stand-up and ongoing operation of the client's enterprise AI program, including operating model design, processes, governance workflow, customer communication, and program documentation
  • Translate agency priorities and operational needs into clear AI use-case requirements, business processes, user stories, success measures, and delivery plans
  • Facilitate intake, assessment, prioritization, and lifecycle management of proposed AI use cases submitted from across the client
  • Coordinate with business owners, technology teams, data stakeholders, legal and policy representatives, security personnel, procurement, and external vendors
  • Support AI governance activities, including use-case reviews, risk and impact assessments, approval workflows, decision records, policy alignment, and ongoing monitoring
  • Help establish consistent standards for responsible, secure, transparent, and human-centered use of AI in a law enforcement environment

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active TS and SCI eligible
  • 2+ years of project/program management experience with business process analysis, stakeholder management, customer communications, and executive engagement.
  • 1+ years of demonstrated ability to translate business and operational needs into clear requirements, workflows and uses cases.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
  • Experience standing up and supporting new technology focused programs.
  • Experience coordinating actions and deliverables with a cross functional team
  • Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical enterprise use cases, including generative AI, predictive analytics, automation, machine learning, and AI-enabled decision support.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills (e.g., Excel, Power Point)
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $147,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
