Drive enterprise-wide transformation that enables product teams to deliver greater speed, precision, and measurable business impact. As an Executive Director, AI for Product Management Transformation in Product Operations within Infrastructure Platforms Product Management, you will lead the enterprise-wide adoption of artificial intelligence to advance product management capabilities, modernize operating models, and reshape ways of working. You will drive the integration of AI into product strategy, prioritization, planning, execution, and value realization to help product teams deliver stronger outcomes with increased speed, precision, and efficiency. This role requires deep product management expertise, strong AI fluency, and proven leadership in organizational transformation and change management. Partnering closely with product, engineering, and senior stakeholders, you will embed AI into core product workflows and accelerate adoption of scalable, repeatable solutions with measurable business impact. Job responsibilities • Lead the enterprise-wide strategy for adopting artificial intelligence across product management practices within Infrastructure Platforms • Drive the transition to AI- and agent-first product management ways of working, embedding AI into product strategy, prioritization, planning, execution, and value realization • Establish and scale frameworks, tools, and operating models that enable consistent AI adoption across product teams • Partner with product, engineering, and senior stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and implement practical AI-enabled solutions • Modernize product management workflows to improve speed, precision, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes • Enable product teams to translate AI capabilities into repeatable practices that improve decision-making, prioritization, and delivery effectiveness • Lead organizational transformation efforts, including change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies to embed new ways of working • Define success metrics and monitor adoption, effectiveness, and business impact of AI-driven product management capabilities • Identify opportunities to optimize product operations through scalable automation, intelligent insights, and improved workflow design • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement across product management teams and serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on the future of AI-enabled product management and operating model evolution Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills • 8+ years of experience in product management, product operations, transformation, or strategy roles • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organizational transformation or operating model change initiatives • Strong understanding of product management practices, including strategy, prioritization, planning, execution, and value realization • Proven experience applying artificial intelligence, automation, or intelligent workflow capabilities to business or product management processes • Ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions for product teams • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience partnering across product, engineering, and senior leadership teams • Experience building frameworks, tools, or repeatable processes that drive consistency and adoption across large organizations • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, assess outcomes, and drive data-informed decision-making • Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive measurable business outcomes in complex environments Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills • Experience in financial services or other large, highly regulated enterprise environments • Background in infrastructure platforms, enterprise technology, or large-scale product organizations • Familiarity with AI-enabled product operations, workflow automation, or agent-based tooling • Experience partnering with engineering teams to operationalize AI solutions in product workflows • Advanced degree in business, technology, data science, or a related field • Recognized thought leadership in product transformation, AI strategy, or organizational change
