Full Job Description
Location: This position can be based in Hershey, PA, Dallas, TX, or Remote; travel to Hershey, PA twice per month.

How will you fit in the big picture?

Join the central AI Enablement team and help shape how AI delivers practical value across Hershey. As the dedicated day-to-day owner of the AI enablement program, you will connect build teams, functional leaders, and digital advocates, turning demand into a clear, prioritized roadmap. This individual contributor role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise adoption, executive reporting, and the longer-term AI operating model while building what comes next in the Sweetest Place on Earth.

What will you do?
• Own and maintain the enterprise agent catalog, including ownership, lifecycle status, adoption, and usage.
• Sequence and manage the functional automation roadmap with realistic dates, priorities, and named business owners.
• Lead the intake and prioritization rhythm, distinguishing product work from one-time service requests and projects.
• Track adoption, usage, and value signals for deployed agents and contribute to enterprise reporting.
• Run program cadences, including stand-ups, reviews, and leadership status updates.
• Coordinate build-versus-buy inputs and handoffs across Function AI Leads, the Platform Owner, and functional stakeholders.
• Partner with governance to ensure agents are registered and routed through the established governance gate.
• Prepare clear executive and ELT-level updates that support decisions and resourcing.

Minimum Education & Requirements

Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, including product or program management in a technology delivery environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, technology, product management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience owning a roadmap, managing scope, and driving dated commitments across teams.
• Working fluency with AI and agent concepts and platforms such as Copilot Studio, Databricks/Genie, and Azure AI; deep build expertise is not required.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and IS, with the ability to set clear priorities and hold boundaries.
• Experience operating an intake or triage model that separates products, services, and projects.
• Ability to translate adoption, usage, and value signals into concise leadership reporting.
• Proven success coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $189,200 to $283,800 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
