About the RoleWe're looking for an AI Product Lead to lead the product AI Agents team at Felix. In this role, you will define and build Felix's agentic platform and the autonomous agents that plan, execute, and coordinate complex financial workflows directly inside our payment ecosystem. Your mission is to make agents that act reliably, safely, and provide a magical to our users.
You will join our AI Product Management team, which drives Felix's AI product strategy and execution, translating AI needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions. Our team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as with Biz Dev, Ops, and Marketing to ship great products. You'll take part in every type of product work here-from strategy to product to process improvements-conceptualizing, launching, evaluating and iterating.
Responsibilities- Platform & Vision: Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for our underlying agentic platform and AI agents, tying every investment directly to customer impact and Felix's mission.
- Agentic Execution: Ship highly autonomous agents that take dependable, high-quality action
- Model Fine-tuning: Direct the product strategy for LLM fine-tuning, ensuring our models are highly specialized, accurate, and optimized for complex fintech and payment routing use cases.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to turn highly ambiguous AI problems into shipped, high-impact product experiences.
- Governance & Safety: Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure enterprise agents are dependable, safe, and aligned with rigorous financial governance and compliance standards.
Requirements- Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on AI, or agentic platforms
- AI Curiosity: Demonstrates a deep curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance financial operations, automation, and decision-making.
- Technical Fluency: Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools, including experience building with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning strategies, agentic workflows, tool use, and reasoning about model behavior and its trade-offs firsthand.
- Engineering Partnership: Proven ability to work tightly with engineering teams on complex, ambiguous systems like agents, multi-agent orchestration, APIs, or automation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, and rigorous evaluation systems.
- These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $180,000 - $250,000 per year.
