AI Process Project Manager
Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)
We are seeking an AI Process Project Manager to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing accounting and finance operations. This role will partner with business stakeholders to evaluate existing workflows, drive process re-engineering efforts, and implement AI, automation, and analytics solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives across business operations.
  • Manage project execution from planning through implementation using Agile methodologies.
  • Utilize JIRA to manage backlogs, milestones, dependencies, risks, and project reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and redesign business processes.
  • Support the implementation of AI, automation, and low-code/no-code solutions to streamline operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement through governance, monitoring, and operational best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, process optimization, or technology implementation.
  • Strong experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA for project and workflow management.
  • Technical proficiency with Python, JavaScript, SQL, and AI prompt engineering.
  • Experience with automation platforms, low-code/no-code tools, or workflow technologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
