What You'll Do - Own the end-to-end journey of AI solutions from development through enterprise-grade release and ongoing operation
- Drive sprint execution and delivery rhythm to keep teams aligned, focused, and outcome-oriented
- Oversee platform operations including deployments and release cycles to ensure stability and scalability
- Partner closely with risk, security, and control teams to meet governance and regulatory expectations
- Define and track operational metrics to measure platform performance and health
Work with senior stakeholders and external vendors to drive adoption and long-term value
Skills You'll Need - Experience leading agile delivery and sprint-based execution in complex technology environments
- Strong background in product delivery with a focus on turning ideas into measurable business value
- Comfort operating within enterprise governance, audit, and risk frameworks
Experience defining and tracking operational performance metrics
Proven leadership of engineering or platform delivery teams
Skills That Will Help You Excel- A track record of launching new enterprise platforms from concept to broad adoption
Ability to step into high-visibility, challenged initiatives and drive them to successful outcomes - Confidence influencing senior stakeholders through clear communication and structured thinking

ExpectationsIt is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.
The salary range for this position in Cary is $125,000 to $185,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
