Full Job Description
About the role

Assort Health builds specialty-specific AI agents for patient access - scheduling, triage, intake, referrals, refills, eligibility, and payments. We recently raised a $120M Series C led by Menlo Ventures at a $1.2B valuation, and revenue has grown 20x in 15 months.

This is a high-exposure operations role supporting our VP of APM across the business side of AI operations. You will build the tooling, reporting, and processes that keep agent quality high and let our team run implementations efficiently - and you will own the operating rhythm of the account portfolio, from weekly business reviews to enablement to the hiring pipeline. You make the whole APM organization run better.

What you'll own
  • Data and reporting. Own the dashboards and metrics the VP of APM and customers rely on - containment, resolution, PSAT, implementation velocity - reported on a reliable cadence.
  • Automation and tooling. Build the tools and automations that keep agent quality high and make implementations faster. If the team does something twice by hand, you build the fix.
  • Weekly business review. Lead the WBR across all accounts - strategic, enterprise, and mid-market - with a clear read on health, risk, and next actions for each.
  • Enablement. Partner with the Enablement lead to drive training, playbooks, and readiness across the APM team.
  • Hiring pipeline. Support recruiting operations for the APM org - pipeline tracking, scheduling coordination, and candidate experience.
  • Cross-functional coordination. Work daily with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Implementation to keep accounts unblocked and information flowing.

What we're looking for
Required
  • 2-3 years of experience, ideally in MBB or top-tier professional services, or a comparably demanding operating role
  • Engineering or technical degree from a top-tier, highly selective program
  • Fluent and efficient with LLMs and AI agents - you use them daily to build, automate, and analyze; deep coding expertise is not required
  • Experience running or supporting executive-level business reviews across strategic, enterprise, and mid-market accounts
  • Cross-functional range - comfortable working with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Implementation in the same day
  • Rigorous, detail-obsessed, and clear in writing; comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
Nice to have
  • Exposure to healthcare, EHR/PMS workflows, or another regulated environment
  • Experience supporting recruiting or people operations at a fast-growing company

Benefits & Perks for Assorties
  • Competitive Compensation - Including salary and employee stock options so you share in our success.

  • Office Setup Stipend - We'll outfit your in-office workspace so comfy as it's productive.
  • Top-Tier Health Coverage - Medical, dental, and vision insurance, because your health comes first.
  • Flexible PTO - We trust you to take the time you need to recharge and come back ready to crush it.
  • 🥗 Meals & Snacks - Lunch, dinner, and snack breaks that fuel great ideas.
  • Fitness Stipend - Your wellness matters. We reimburse monthly membership costs to support your health.
  • 🚆 Commuter Benefits - We cover eligible transportation costs to make your trip to work easier.
  • 401(k) - Build your retirement savings.
