What is the role?

The AI Operations Lead will design, implement, and scale the financial and operational data infrastructure that powers decision-making for the Roku Data Cloud business. This role bridges finance, revenue operations, product, and analytics to ensure real-time, automated visibility into the business's financial health and performance against strategic product roadmaps. The AI Operations Lead will own the automation of finance data flows, the creation of executive dashboards, and the integration of revenue and product systems - enabling leadership to make faster, data-driven decisions. This individual will establish source-of-truth systems for finance, product usage, and revenue data while defining data governance, metric definitions, and integration standards. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with teams across Salesforce, Snowflake, and business intelligence platforms to surface go-to-market and revenue insights at scale. The ideal candidate brings a combination of financial acumen, technical fluency, and the ability to architect scalable, automated reporting systems that evolve with the business.

For New York Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $174,100 - $225,500. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
