Our North America consulting team helps clients turn AI, software, automation, data, and industrial technology into practical transformation programs grounded in business value, operational realities, and disciplined execution. You will join small, interdisciplinary teams with meaningful client exposure, clear ownership, and access to Siemens' deep industry, automation, software, and technology expertise.

We are looking for an AI & New Technologies Consultant to join Siemens Advanta North America. The ideal candidate combines structured consulting skills, a self-starter and seller-doer mindset, and practical technology fluency to help clients prioritize AI opportunities, shape scalable solutions, and move from advisory recommendations to implementation-ready outcomes. As we continue investing in in-person collaboration and a strong office culture, we are excited to connect with candidates based in or relocating to Atlanta, Houston, or New York.

You'll make an impact by:

You will help industrial clients move AI opportunities from strategic ideas to operational impact. As part of interdisciplinary teams, you will identify where Physical AI, Industrial AI, robotics, process automation, analytics, and digital workflows can solve real business and operational challenges. You will shape use cases, assess process and data readiness, develop business cases and roadmaps, support pilots and implementation planning, and translate technical concepts into clear messages for executives, operators, engineers, and implementation teams.

• Structure ambiguous business, operational, and technology challenges into clear workplans, hypotheses, analyses, decisions, and execution paths
• Identify and prioritize AI, Physical AI, Industrial AI, robotics, process automation, analytics, platform, and digital workflow use cases tied to measurable business and operational value
• Translate business and operational needs into use case definitions, technical requirements, platform considerations, MVP or pilot scopes, business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans
• Assess process maturity, data readiness, system constraints, IT/OT integration needs, cybersecurity considerations, operating-model implications, and adoption barriers
• Support industrial data platform, automation, robotics, enterprise architecture, and IT/OT integration concepts that improve operational visibility and enable scalable AI-enabled solutions
• Build analyses, light prototypes, workflow mockups, implementation materials, and executive-ready deliverables using approved analytical, AI, low-code, no-code, and productivity tools
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, working sessions, demos, and executive readouts to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, tradeoffs, sequencing, and next steps
• Help move recommendations into implementation by coordinating with client teams, Siemens technical SMEs, and delivery partners

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as business, economics, engineering, computer science, analytics, finance, operations, or a related field
• 2-3+ years of high-performing experience in management consulting, AI or analytics-enabled transformation, industrial technology, Physical AI, Industrial AI, platform strategy, IT/OT environments, or a relevant start-up environment
• Experience translating ambiguous business, operational, technology, or data needs into prioritized AI/technology use cases, value cases, technical requirements, MVP definitions, roadmaps, and implementation plans
• Working knowledge of AI and industrial technology concepts, including Physical AI, Industrial AI, generative AI, machine learning, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, robotics, automation, analytics, industrial data platforms, enterprise architecture, digital workflows, IT/OT integration, cybersecurity considerations, or platform-enabled operating models
• Ability to connect AI opportunities to industrial operations, including production environments, service operations, supply chains, asset-intensive processes, quality, maintenance, or field execution
• Ability to work hand in hand with Siemens SMEs and implementation teams to translate advisory recommendations into solution design, deployment planning, and implementation support
• Hands-on experience using analytical, AI, low-code, no-code, or comparable tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, approved generative AI platforms, or "vibe coding" tools to analyze data, prototype workflows, test concepts, and improve deliverable development
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess process maturity, data availability, system constraints, integration complexity, adoption barriers, risks, and measurable business value
• Strong record collaborating across business, technology, data, operations, engineering, IT/OT, cybersecurity, Tech Services, and implementation teams while communicating clearly with senior executives and building trusted client relationships
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to domestic and international client locations, depending on project needs, with hybrid delivery expected to remain common
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, such as business, analytics, engineering, computer science, finance, operations, or technology management
• Experience serving clients or working within Consumer Packaged Goods, Aerospace & Defense, Life Sciences, manufacturing, industrial technology, software, utilities, or comparable complex environments
• Experience shaping AI-enabled solutions at the intersection of physical operations, automation, robotics, industrial data, and business transformation
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to identify client needs, structure opportunities, support proposals or statements of work, and convert advisory discussions into delivery-ready projects
• Comfort carrying out consulting projects that involve Siemens technology, including Siemens industrial software, automation, digital enterprise, Xcelerator ecosystem, or related Siemens technology stack components
• Knowledge of how Physical AI, Industrial AI, robotics, process automation, analytics, digitalization, data platforms, and workflow technologies create measurable value across manufacturing, supply chain, product development, commercial, service, or asset-intensive environments
• Experience developing or scaling AI-enabled workflows, automation concepts, digital tools, industrial data platforms, robotics-adjacent solutions, or quality-control methods while following enterprise data-security and responsible-AI requirements
• Familiarity with Siemens industrial software, automation, digital enterprise, Xcelerator ecosystem, platform architecture, or related technology portfolios
• Experience delivering consulting projects in close partnership with technical implementation teams

• The pay for this position is $120,000 annually, and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $120,000 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
