Full Job Description
The bar for B2B marketing content is rising faster than headcount budgets are. We solved that problem before most teams were asking the question. Our Communications function runs on an AI-native operating model that delivers quality and volume our size should not allow, and this role is at the centre of it.

We are looking for a versatile, AI-native Marketing Manager to join our communications and content team and help shape how Ataccama shows up in the market. This role is for a Swiss Army Knife marketer who blends creative storytelling with operational efficiency and leverages AI as a genuine force multiplier. You will own executive thought leadership on LinkedIn, drive our customer advocacy program, run brand social, and connect content to the buyer journey, all while building the AI-powered systems that make excellent output repeatable.

Your Challenge

Executive & Employee LinkedIn
  • Own end-to-end LinkedIn programs for our CEO and CPO: strategy, writing, scheduling, and reporting
  • Manage posting plans and tone-of-voice guidelines for field leaders and subject matter experts
  • Run the employee advocacy platform: content queues, enablement, and participation

Brand Social Media
  • Own the Ataccama LinkedIn channel: editorial calendar, daily publishing, and reactive content
  • Write social copy for product launches, press releases, events, and partner announcements

Customer Advocacy
  • Build the customer advocacy program: advocate identification, reference management, and review campaigns on G2 and Gartner Peer Insights
  • Manage case study production: customer scheduling, interview prep, review cycles, and partner coordination
  • Work with CSMs and sales to keep advocates engaged and the pipeline of stories moving

Digital Programs & Buyer Journey
  • Map content to buyer journey stages and surface gaps to the Director
  • Support email nurture execution in HubSpot: campaign emails, scheduling, and segmentation
  • Track and report on performance across social, advocacy, and email


How You Use AI

AI is how this role gets done. We expect a builder's mindset: workflows and agents, not just prompts.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered workflows that remove repetitive work: content pipelines, scheduling triggers, outreach sequences, and automated reporting
  • Move from brief to draft faster, then apply editorial judgment to make the output sound like a person worth reading
  • Prompt for specific voices: our CEO, CPO, and field experts should sound distinct and human
  • Build repeatable production systems so quality does not depend on starting from scratch every time
  • Use AI to synthesize performance data and surface insights without manual assembly


Is This You?

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience across social, content, or advocacy programs
  • Genuinely AI-native: you use LLMs daily, have built automations or agents beyond basic prompting, and have a point of view on what works
  • Strong writer who knows the difference between writing that converts and writing that fills space
  • Comfortable with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and social scheduling and analytics tools
  • Curious about data, AI, and enterprise software; can write about technical topics in plain language
  • A doer who builds something repeatable, not just completes tasks

This posting is a genuine, active position in Ataccama. The OTE compensation range for this full-time role is $105,000-$130,000 CAD. Your exact offer depends on the scope of the role, your experience, and the skills you bring. Base salary is just one part of your compensation & wellbeing package- you will also receive flexible time off, health benefits, an equity grant, and many other perks.
