AI Model Validator

We are seeking an experienced AI Model Validator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our AI models used in healthcare. You will work closely with our data scientists and AI developers to validate the performance of our models and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate the performance and accuracy of AI models used in healthcare, including natural language processing, image recognition, and predictive analytics

- Develop and execute testing plans for new and existing AI models

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and development teams

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in AI validation

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in AI development and validation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI model validation or a related role

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques

- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java

- Knowledge of data management and analysis tools, such as SQL and Tableau

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and trends in data
