Job Summary
We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with expertise in TriZetto Payment Bundling Application (PBA) and TriZetto Assistant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of enterprise healthcare payment solutions. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end payment bundling solutions, configuring bundled payment models, supporting GenAI capabilities within Facets, and ensuring pricing accuracy, reimbursement integrity, and production stability. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with TriZetto PBA, Facets, bundled payment processing, and healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of the TriZetto Payment Bundling Application (PBA).
• Configure and support TriZetto Assistant, the GenAI-powered capability within the Facets platform.
• Design and configure bundled payment models, episodic care workflows, and reimbursement logic.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, payment integrity, and production stability across payment bundling solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement healthcare payment solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement configuration enhancements.
• Validate bundled payment calculations and reimbursement outcomes.
• Support application testing, deployment, and production releases.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and healthcare payment policies.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with TriZetto Payment Bundling Application (PBA).
• Experience working with TriZetto Assistant within the Facets platform.
• Strong understanding of bundled payments, episodic care models, and healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
• Experience configuring and supporting TriZetto Facets applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting production healthcare applications.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with healthcare claims processing and payment integrity solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise healthcare payer environments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered healthcare applications and GenAI technologies.
