• Coordinate among Product, Engineering, and Customer Success for smooth execution.
• Proactively manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Convert customer feedback into practical product improvements.
• Develop scalable implementation processes to support future growth.
• Establish and shape Lio's implementation function for U.S. enterprise customers.
