The In-Home Services field professionals lead all field operations and thousands of technicians across nearly 100 facilities across the country. Devoted to building a collaborative and committed group of employees who manage inventory, fleet and performance - IHS is the driving force that connects our customers with the industry's best products and services for DISH.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly intelligent, driven, and dedicated AI Implementation Analyst with a strong bias for action to join our Fortune 200 telecom field service organization. In this high-impact role, you will report directly to the Director of Resource Planning and Coordination. You will act as the crucial bridge between technical AI models and practical business applications, ensuring that our AI solutions deliver measurable business value, gather feedback on our AI initiatives, and help document workflows.

Your focus will be on cutting-edge enablement, leveraging AI to make our operations more efficient, deliver higher quality services, and meet customer expectations faster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Readiness & Governance: Evaluate current workflows and prepare our data to be "AI-ready" by establishing and strictly following a data governance, security, and compliance strategy
  • Knowledge Base Chatbot Integration: Implement and continuously enhance a proprietary AI chatbot connected to our enterprise knowledge systems to drastically speed up the time it takes for new hires to become productive
  • Wearable AI for Field Technicians: Figure out how to implement AI in the field via wearables, proactively pushing guidance and knowledge to technicians so they can provide a superior customer experience while operating more efficiently
  • Augmented Reality (AR) Onboarding: Create a next-generation augmented reality onboarding and training program to upskill technicians rapidly
  • The "AI Manager" Project: Design and deploy an "AI manager" utilizing agentic workflows that technicians can access on-site for real-time questions, troubleshooting, and guidance
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop standardized procedures, prompt libraries, and automation workflows to eliminate manual tasks and free up team capacity for high-value activities

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related technical/quantitative field
  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Operations, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact
  • Experience in field services, telecom, logistics, or supply chain is highly preferred


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Excel and No-Code AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Plus, Custom GPTs, or internal interface)
  • Deep understanding of enterprise-level AI governance and model lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise platforms (AWS, Databricks), Big Data tools
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in multimodal AI and agentic workflows
  • Bias for Action: A proven ability to analyze ambiguous information, make rational judgments regarding model architecture, and take ownership of results in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional Communicator: Master the art of storytelling by translating complex technical findings into an inspiring vision for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops, build working relationships across teams, and focus on "winning together"

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
