Overview:We are looking for an experienced AI Governance / Compliance Lead to establish and manage AI governance practices for the MVP team. The candidate will ensure AI solutions are used responsibly, securely, and in compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement the AI governance framework, including risk, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
- Establish controls for data privacy, AI/model usage, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor AI outputs and solutions for bias, security, privacy, and compliance risks.
- Identify and assess risks associated with AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Data, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to promote Responsible AI adoption.
- Develop and maintain AI governance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Track compliance issues and ensure appropriate remediation.
- Support audits, risk assessments, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular updates on AI risk and compliance to leadership.
Required Skills- Experience in AI Governance, AI Compliance, Risk Management, or Responsible AI.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML risks and governance.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with AI/Generative AI governance is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with both technical and business teams.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
