The 2026-27 faculty grid for this position is $75,461 to $116,035 based on years of experience and a Bachelor of Education. Faculty with a Master's will be paid at a higher range.

We are seeking an innovative and student-centred educator to lead our AI Fluency & Innovation Programme for students in Grades 8-12. Reporting to the Director of Information & Learning Technology and working closely with the Digital Learning & AI Specialist, you will design and deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences that help students develop AI fluency, critical thinking, creativity, ethical decision-making, and real-world problem-solving skills.

This unique role combines classroom teaching, project-based learning, design studio facilitation, and innovation coaching. Students will progress from foundational AI literacy to designing AI-supported solutions, building custom assistants, and tackling authentic challenges through inquiry and innovation.

The Opportunity

You will:
  • Lead the development and delivery of Mulgrave's AI Fluency & Innovation Programme.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience with inquiry-based and project-based learning.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A commitment to ethical technology use, innovation, and continuous learning.


Experience with the International Baccalaureate (MYP/DP), STEM, design, computer science,

entrepreneurship, or educational technology is an asset.
