Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an
AI Engineer (Agentic AI / RPA / GenAI); Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2)
Duration: 12 Months Contract (with extension)
Location: Charlotte NC - 5 days On-site role
As an AI Engineer - Agentic AI / RPA / GenAI, you will:Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of AI-driven automation and agentic AI solutions
- Build and maintain RPA bots using UiPath and workflows using Power Platform
- Develop and integrate LLM-based applications (GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.)
- Implement prompt engineering and AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
- Integrate automation solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, and databases
- Drive end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation solutions in Agile teams
- Design and develop automation workflows and AI agents
- Build and optimize prompt-based AI solutions
- Work on API integrations and automation scripting (Python)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Support testing, deployment, and production readiness
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:- Strong experience with UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform
- Hands-on experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI
- Experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of LangChain or similar AI frameworks
- Experience in API-based automation and Python scripting
- Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment
