Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Software Developer with 5+ years of experience and deep hands-on expertise in building AI-driven and agentic automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with LangGraph, Google Vertex AI, Python, and AI/ML, with the ability to design scalable enterprise solutions incorporating advanced reasoning, workflow orchestration, multi-agent systems, RAG, and Gemini. The role involves technical leadership, solution architecture, product innovation, and transforming proof-of-concepts into production-grade products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed design of complex applications and architecture components.
• Design and build end-to-end AI solutions using LangGraph, RAG, Gemini, Vertex AI, Python, and React.
• Build LangGraph solutions using graphs, tool nodes, memory/state management, and streaming agents.
• Leverage Google Vertex AI capabilities including Gemini, RAG, Vector Search, embeddings, and AI safety.
• Lead system architecture and technical design for scalable, maintainable enterprise solutions.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and transform successful concepts into production-grade products.
• Lead or support a small team of developers in configuring, programming, and testing applications.
• Fix medium to complex defects and resolve application performance issues.
• Monitor, track, and participate in ticket resolution for assigned applications.
• Manage code reviews and mentor other developers.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to address complex business and technical challenges.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Identify opportunities for product innovation and improvements to existing solutions.
• Apply strong understanding of end-to-end system flows and product strategy to AI solution development.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with LangGraph, including graphs, tool nodes, memory/state, and streaming agents.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Vertex AI, including Gemini, RAG, Vector Search, embeddings, and AI safety.
• Strong experience in AI/ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with JavaScript and HTML.
• Experience designing and building scalable AI-driven and agentic systems.
• Experience with solution architecture, technical design, and end-to-end application development.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with React.
• Chatbot development experience.
• Experience with proof-of-concept development and productionizing AI solutions.
