  • Support knowledge management across Notion, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365.

Automation & Collaboration
  • Explore automation opportunities using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, APIs, and low-code tools.
  • Partner with consulting teams to identify manual processes and implement AI-enabled improvements.
  • Measure workflow effectiveness through adoption, efficiency, and quality improvements.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 2-5+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT advisory, business technology, digital transformation, or a related field.
  • Experience using generative AI tools in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated experience developing prompts, AI assistants, workflows, or automations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent written communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Notion, or similar AI platforms.
