Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting experience (staff accountant, accounting manager, or controller)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and related spreadsheet software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized, able to multitask, and handle multiple implementations simultaneously
• Energetic team player with a passion for collaboration
• Detail-oriented with quick decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account executives to manage complex deal cycles
• Conduct technical discovery calls with customers
• Design and present tailored product demos
• Oversee technical proof-of-concept (POC) processes
• Configure the company's products based on customer workflows
• Tune AI systems within the platform
• Develop implementation scoping documents for customer launches
• Work with engineering on integrations for transaction systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain software for robust performance
