What You Will Do:Guidehouse is seeking an Operations Lead to manage day-to-day operational support, monitoring, and sustainment activities for an enterprise data, analytics, and AI environment (hybrid - on-prem and cloud environment)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead daily operational activities including platform health, compliance monitoring, and data operations.
- Oversee AI/ML Ops, DevSecOps, and platform operations activities.
- Manage vulnerability scanning, patching, and platform compliance activities.
- Support operations and maintenance for analytics tools such as Alteryx.
- Provide enterprise-scale data management and operational support.
- Identify and implement automation and AI-driven efficiencies to improve performance and reliability.
- Coordinate closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure operational stability.
- Prior experience with security, compliance, vulnerability management and patching and platform upgrade activities (Alteryx, Business Objects etc.)
What You Will Need:- US Citizenship and must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST
- Bachelor's degree is required
- TEN (10) or more years of experience in platform operations, data operations, or related roles.
- Experience supporting Snowflake and AWS environments.
- Experience with AI/ML Ops and data operations.
- PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the DC area.
What Would Be Nice to Have:- Prior experience supporting financial services or regulatory organizations.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
