You are:

A highly skilled Data Integrity Consultant.  This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, capable of identifying and mitigating integrity risks across complex data environments.

The successful candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to navigate regulatory and operational challenges with professionalism and precision.

Core responsibilities for this role may include:

  • Identifying, assessing, and monitoring data integrity risks, including fraud, waste, and abuse
  • Analyzing datasets and processes to detect anomalies, inconsistencies, and potential risk indicators
  • Quantifying risks and evaluating their potential business and operational impact
  • Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partnering with business, compliance, and technical teams to ensuring alignment on integrity initiatives
  • Documenting findings, preparing reports, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
  • Supporting the development and enhancement of data governance and integrity frameworks
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and controls related to data integrity
  • Utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) to track work, manage workflows, and support project delivery

This role will require 3 days per week at the local Mississauga office or a client site located in the Greater Toronto Area.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
  • Eligibility for reliability security clearance
  • 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in data integrity, risk management, or integrity analysis
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience assessing and quantifying risks using structured methodologies
  • A strong demonstrated understanding of fraud, waste, and abuse risk frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management and communications skills practiced across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, or similar) to derive insights
  • Experience managing multiple priorities independently while delivering high-quality results

Bonus points if you have:

  • Utilized Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar work management tools
  • Applied knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer)
  • Supported data governance, compliance, or audit functions

role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
