Work you'll do

As an Associate Vice President, AI and Data Solutions on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:
  • Lead AI & Data engagements for Life Sciences / Pharma clients, with emphasis on supply chain transformation, analytics, and digital enablement.
  • Shape and deliver use cases across forecasting, inventory optimization, network visibility, planning analytics, intelligent automation, and control tower capabilities.
  • Translate business problems into scalable AI, data, and digital solutions.
  • Work across strategy, product, data, engineering, and client stakeholder groups to define solution approach and delivery plans.
  • Advise clients on operating model implications, business value, roadmap sequencing, and adoption considerations for AI-enabled transformation.
  • Support broader AI & Data pursuits and engagements beyond supply chain or Life Sciences when needed.
  • Lead engagement planning, budgeting, staffing, and team mobilization for data and AI initiatives
  • Define deliverable structure and content; manage quality, timelines, economics, and engagement risk
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors and facilitate buy-in for proposed solutions
  • Lead business development activities, including client relationship development, pursuit leadership, proposal development, and pricing strategy input
  • Coach and develop practitioners through counseling, staffing input, recruitment, retention, and delivery team leadership
  • Lead workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder sessions.
  • Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to practice, offering, and go-to-market development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Experience leading executive presentations and client workshops for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience developing proposals or solution materials for data and analytics professional services engagements
  • Experience creating client-facing materials for workshops and interactive sessions
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $171,600 to $338,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
