Team Summary & Role The CRM Technology team is responsible for delivering and supporting strategic CRM platforms and client intelligence capabilities used across Research and Capital Markets. The team develops and supports CRM applications, data integrations, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve client relationship management, business workflows, and decision-making.

Developer with experience in
AI, data engineering, and application development to support the ongoing evolution of our CRM Technology platform.
This execution-focused role will help build and support CRM data products, AI-enabled solutions, analytics capabilities, and application integrations that deliver business value across Research and Capital Markets. The successful candidate will work alongside senior developers, business systems analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and innovative solutions leveraging Java, React, Python, SQL, cloud technologies, and modern AI capabilities.
Role Responsibilities- Support development of AI-powered capabilities including intelligent search, document processing, workflow automation, and knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Build APIs, services, and application components that integrate CRM platforms with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Collaborate with developers, BSAs, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions.
- Support CI/CD, automated deployment, monitoring, testing, and operational support of data and application workloads.
- Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to CRM analytics, client intelligence, reporting, and AI enablement initiatives through the delivery of trusted and reusable technology and data assets.
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, or related technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Java, Java Spring and SQL.
- Knowledge of MS SQL server or a similar SQL query language. Understands architecture best practices when designing a database schema. Considers performance and scale. Has worked with database migrations.
- Exposure to AI and Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, document automation, intelligent search, or workflow automation.
- Experience developing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data transformation logic.
- Experience developing APIs, integrations, or application components using Python, Java, or related technologies.
- Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and data quality principles.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, source control, testing, monitoring, and deployment best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with CRM platforms such as Prism, Salesforce or similar solutions.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, semantic search, or AI-enabled applications.
- Experience working with unstructured data, knowledge management, or document processing solutions.
- Exposure to Java, React, API development, or full-stack application development.
- Experience within Capital Markets, Research, Banking, Sales & Trading, CRM, client intelligence, revenue management, or market data domains.
- Passion for learning new technologies and applying AI and data solutions to solve business problems.
