What you will do:- Deploy, test, measure & verify AI control algorithms for existing building control systems
- Analyze and improve the building control system to optimize the energy consumption and the zoning comfort
- Contribute to the development of the different HVAC algorithms
- Participate cross-functionally with teams for building deployments & performance analysis
- Work closely with customers to develop new HVAC control sequence, advise on repairs control systems
- Improve company tools, templates, and processes related to energy consumption analysis and building performance analysis
- Able to understand HVAC mechanical plans and wiring diagrams
- Provide training and follow-up training on HVAC system controls to customers
- Document work processes and procedures
- Identify, analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide, analyze and review performance reports & advise corrective action plans & review feedback with different departments.

What you will bring:- DEC or bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or related field
- 5 plus years of experience with building automation and HVAC control system
- Experience with DDC, PLC or similar programming in BAS and HVAC control
- In-depth knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC, electrical and building operations
- Experience with commissioning building HVAC automation controls and systems
- Thorough understanding of building control theory and concepts
- Diverse experience in proprietary controls is a plus (JCI, Siemens, Honeywell, Alerton, Delta, Niagara, Schneider/TAC, etc.)
- Experience with building management system protocols like, BACnet, Modbus, Lonworks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong reporting skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, charismatic and able to present easily.
- Strong Energy Management and performance checking skills.
- Strong Trend log reading, analysis, finding actionable insights & reporting skills .
- Familiar with the programming language python
Language Requirements- French-English bilingualism is required.
- In addition to fluency in French, successful candidates must have full professional proficiency in English in order to support and collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or various stakeholders.
