Where You'll Work

This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

What You'll Deliver

  • Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve business efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance employee productivity.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify high-value opportunities for automation and deliver impactful AI-enabled solutions.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems, applications, and workflows to drive operational effectiveness and user adoption.
  • Build and maintain scalable AI applications, automations, and integrations that support evolving business needs.
  • Leverage generative AI, copilots, and workflow technologies to simplify processes and create better user experiences.

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 2-4 years of experience developing software applications, automation solutions, AI-enabled technologies, or business process workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI-assisted development tools.
  • Experience developing solutions using technologies such as Python, Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft AI Foundry, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated background in backend IT operations, including Azure administration, web hosting, identity management, and support of enterprise AI platforms.
  • Experience integrating applications and services through APIs, connectors, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.


Nice to Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, or other enterprise AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and data privacy considerations.
  • Experience with containerization technologies, low-code/no-code platforms, SaaS environments, or modern cloud architectures.

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $145,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
