The Impact You'll MakeAs our AI Commercial Transformation Specialist, you'll play a key role in accelerating AI adoption across commercial domains by transforming how we manage tenders, quotes, and other commercial opportunities.
Your impact? By combining AI capabilities with commercial processes, you'll help automate tender and quote workflows, improve portfolio intelligence, and enable business teams to make faster, smarter, and more data-driven decisions. Your work will directly contribute to higher efficiency, stronger customer experiences, and sustainable business growth.
You'll collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Sales Enablement, Digital, IT, and Data teams while helping shape the future of AI and data within Danfoss Climate Solutions.
What You'll Be Doing- Drive the rollout and continuous improvement of AI-powered tender automation, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality commercial processes.
- Develop and enhance AI-driven portfolio gap analysis by translating commercial needs into practical AI workflows and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Sales, Digital, and Data teams to optimize AI solutions, business rules, and user adoption.
- Monitor AI solution performance, analyze business impact, and identify opportunities to improve automation.
- Support the evolution of AI capabilities by connecting commercial processes, product data, pricing information, and digital tools to deliver measurable business value.
What We're Looking For- Experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Process Improvement, AI, Automation, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong understanding of commercial processes such as tender or quote management, sales support, pricing, product data, or customer-facing operations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect data, identify opportunities, and translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Experience working with business systems such as CRM, ERP, Power BI, PIM, pricing, or product data platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
