This customer obsessed role uniquely combines deep functional business expertise with strong technical acumen, with an AI native approach, enabling you to translate complex business needs into systemized, scalable solutions while driving AI-enabled transformation across the People function.

We're seeking a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, possesses exceptional communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences, and is dedicated to architecting the future AI Native state of how the People function operates. With AI fundamentally reshaping how the People function gets work done, your expertise will be critical in helping us responsibly harness these technologies to drive operational excellence. In this role, you'll reimagine People workflows through an AI-first lens, design business processes that balance operational excellence with technical feasibility, and champion automation that elevates teams from tactical execution to strategic impact.

If you are a candidate who has the vision of what could be, who has the ability to cultivate relationships, and has a belief in driving impact, then you may be the ideal person for this position.
Responsibilities:
  • Architect People Solutions and Bridge Business-Technology Collaboration
    • Serve as the primary liaison between People stakeholders and engineering teams, translating both global and localized business needs into clear technical requirements taking an AI-Native approach and validating that delivered solutions meet business objectives.
    • Maintain deep expertise in both People domain knowledge (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Employee Experience) and the technical systems that support it (Workday, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, and various boundary applications), enabling effective communication across both audiences.
    • Define the strategic roadmap for AI-First People systems, platforms, and data architecture in alignment with business strategy and technology capabilities.
    • Design and document business processes that streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and improve operational efficiency while ensuring technical feasibility.
    • Develop comprehensive business requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Drive AI-Enabled Transformation Across People
    • Partner with People leaders to reimagine processes through an AI-first lens, prototyping solutions that demonstrate art-of-the-possible and building conviction for change.
    • Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI and automation across People workflows, from candidate screening and onboarding to personalized learning and predictive retention analysis, pushing teams up the value chain by eliminating mundane, repetitive work.
    • Establish frameworks for responsible AI adoption within People, ensuring solutions align with compliance, data privacy, security guidelines, and ethical considerations.
    • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and tools, continuously researching how new models and platforms can be applied to People use cases.
  • Enable Strategic Decision-Making and Platform Optimization
    • Develop business cases that quantify ROI for technology investments, translating technical capabilities into tangible business value metrics.
    • Lead People systems architecture discussions, providing guidance on integrations, data flows, technical dependencies, and impact of proposed changes.
    • Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure People solutions adhere to data privacy, audit standards, and regulatory obligations related to employee data.
    • Support M&A integration efforts by assessing acquired companies' People systems and architecting integration roadmaps that minimize business disruption.
Experience:
