AI Business Analyst - Life Sciences Category: Software Development/ Engineering

Position Description: Join CGI's AI Factory team and help Life Sciences organizations turn practical AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes. Work directly with business and technology stakeholders to shape AI use cases and partner with AI architects and delivery teams in a fast moving environment.
This role must be performed on-site in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Facilitate stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions;
. translate business needs into AI use cases, problem statements, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria;
. map current and future state processes;
. own assigned discovery workstreams;
. develop ROI, KPI and baseline measures;
. partner with the AI Solution Architect on feasibility, data and integration;
. identify GxP/CSV, privacy, security, Responsible AI, regulatory and human in the loop considerations;
. prepare delivery ready business requirements and context for distributed delivery pods;
. support backlog refinement, sprint reviews, UAT and business validation;
. maintain traceability and support adoption;
. prepare use case summaries, process maps, business cases and status reporting.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . 3-7 years in business analysis, technology consulting, product analysis, process improvement, digital transformation or related work
. Life Sciences industry experience required
. Experience with business and technology stakeholders and independent workstream ownership
. Workshop and process mapping experience
. Strong requirements and acceptance criteria skills
. Basic ROI/business case/KPI experience
. Ability to effectively leverage AI assisted tools to improve the speed and quality of business analysis, while maintaining appropriate human review and accountability
. Working knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, AI/ML and intelligent automation; working knowledge of GxP and CSV concepts
. Strong written/verbal communication and ability to work in a U.S./India delivery model.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 $156,700.00.
