Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven AI Automation Engineer with expertise in integration development, workflow automation, and data analytics/BI. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable automation solutions, build seamless integrations across enterprise systems, and enable data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting.

• Strong development skills in Java/J2EE for extending IAM capabilities and integrations.
• Experience working with LDAP directories, especially OpenDJ.
Key Responsibilities
1. Integration Development & Engineering
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs, connectors, and integration pipelines across internal and external systems.
• Enable seamless data exchange between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party tools.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to support automation and analytics use cases.
• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and performant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while maintaining system reliability.
2. Automation Development & Workflow Management
• Design and implement automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate or equivalent platforms.
• Develop automated solutions for notifications, approvals, exception handling, and business process orchestration.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for workflow design and process optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and streamline manual processes.
• Monitor, maintain, and enhance automation workflows to ensure efficiency and reliability.
3. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation across systems.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Enable real-time and rapid reporting for business and operational insights.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting systems.
• Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into analytical models and visualizations.

Salary Range: $120,000- 130,000 a year
