Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with extensive knowledge in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Multi-Agent Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing advanced AI solutions that leverage agentic capabilities to drive innovation and efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models focusing on Generative AI and Multi-Agent systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies, particularly in Gen AI and LLMs.
  • Implement best practices for model training, evaluation, and optimization.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of a strong AI/ML engineering team.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Mandatory Skills
  • Strong expertise in Generative AI and Multi-Agent LLMs.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
