AI and ML Program Manager
The Opportunity:

Design, implement, and maintain strategic multi-disciplinary artificial intelligence (AI) programs in support of client strategy. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, including AI/ML, analytics, or software-intensive programs
  • Experience leading large portfolios such as $10M+ program ecosystems, and multi-project coordination
  • Experience deploying AI capabilities in DoW or government ecosystems
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum, Jira, Microsoft Project, and hybrid delivery environments
  • Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) to technology programs
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or Project Management


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting space, Air Force, Army, or multi-agency AI programs
  • Experience with data lake or warehousing environments such as Snowflake and large analytics platforms
  • Experience with AI risk management, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices aligned with Booz Allen AI governance training
  • Experience with military aviation, radar systems, or aerospace systems program management
  • Master's degree in Project Management, Systems Engineering, or a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
