Responsibilities
Benefits
Design, build and configure AI and automation solutions aligned with business processes and enterprise architecture standards. Build MVPs rapidly and iterate toward production-ready deployments. Deliver solutions within defined sprint timelines.
Develop AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, GitHub Copilot capabilities along with enterprise embedded AI solutions. Implement prompt engineering, grounding strategies, and conversational AI use cases.
Build workflows and automation using Power Platform. Develop APIs, connectors, and integrations across enterprise systems. Enable orchestration of data and services.
Work closely with IT leadership, solution development teams, and business stakeholders to align AI and Automation solutions with organizational goals. Collaborate with security teams to implement security policies, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
Perform unit testing, support UAT, deploy solutions, and provide post-deployment support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed architectural documentation, best practices, and infrastructure design standards.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
You have 3-5+ years' of enterprise implementation experience and have a strong technical background with a broad understanding.
Prior experience in Group Benefits Administration, or other insurance / financial services, is highly desired.
Previous success in working in a matrix reporting, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Adaptable to emerging technology capabilities.
Experience implementing AI/ML solutions incorporating LLMs/SLMs (Azure OpenAI preferred), chatbot development, and document processing use cases. Solid understanding of prompt engineering and AI concepts (RAG, grounding etc.).
Strong understanding of data privacy and cybersecurity best practices and standards.
Proficiency in designing and implementing enterprise solutions. Experience with APIs and integration patterns. Familiarity with configuring and implementing source control and CI/CD (GitHub/Azure DevOps).
Experience working with platforms and technologies such as:
-Microsoft M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio
-Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
-Python, JavaScript or C#
-Azure AI / Functions / Logic Apps, (or similar on AWS or GCP)
-MCP servers / APIs / web services
-Corporate CRMs, and ERP platforms
-DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
-Identity & access management platforms (IAM, SSO, Active Directory)
Certifications (Preferred): AWS/Azure/GCP AI, Automation or Cloud related certifications.

Competitive compensation
The base salary for this position is between $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
