Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Agent Engineer with a strong background in platform automation, cloud technologies, and operational engineering. This role will focus on designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that automate Digital Platform operational activities, including application patching, server restart orchestration, validation checks, runbook execution, monitoring, and operational support workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement AI agents and automation solutions using Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
• Leverage AI technologies to automate operational and engineering processes.
• Develop AI-driven solutions for application patching, server restart orchestration, validation checks, runbook execution, monitoring, and operational support workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, automation platforms, infrastructure, and operational systems.
• Develop scripting and automation solutions to improve platform operations and engineering efficiency.
• Support cloud-based operational environments using AWS or GCP.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform and automation solutions.
• Implement monitoring and operational controls to ensure platform reliability and performance.
• Work with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Apply enterprise security, operational controls, and production support processes to AI-driven automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across AWS, Terraform, UNIX, networking, DMZ, firewalls, J2EE, WAF, and web and application servers.
• Collaborate with platform engineering, infrastructure, security, development, and other cross-functional teams.
• Work independently and take ownership of assigned technical tasks and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of platform engineering and operational automation capabilities.
Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and automation solutions using Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience leveraging AI to automate operational and engineering processes.
• Working knowledge of AWS or GCP.
• Experience with APIs, scripting, automation, platform engineering, or infrastructure operations.
• Strong experience with platform engineering, including Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or Java.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise operational controls, security, and production support processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across AWS, Terraform, UNIX, networking, DMZ, firewalls, J2EE, WAF, and web and application servers.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another technical discipline.
