Job Description

The AI Adoption & Change Management Consultant sits within the AI Center of Excellence and works with business leaders, functional teams, IT, HR, Communications, learning partners, and AI initiative owners to accelerate responsible adoption of AI capabilities across the enterprise. This role develops and executes AI-focused change management strategies that build awareness, readiness, confidence, and sustained usage of approved AI tools and solutions while supporting the Director of AI Adoption and Value Realization in measuring adoption, engagement, business value, and realized impact from AI investments.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Position is not remote/hybrid and will report to our Cleveland Global Headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of AI change initiatives, including enterprise AI platforms, priority AI use cases, AI-enabled ways of working, and adoption programs requiring structured change management support.
  • Create and execute AI change management plans tailored to audience, risk, readiness, and business impact, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, reinforcement, adoption measurement, and value realization support.
  • Partner with the Director of AI Adoption and Value Realization to define adoption and value measurement approaches for AI initiatives, including success metrics, baselines, targets, dashboards, feedback loops, and executive reporting inputs.
  • Assess AI change readiness across stakeholder groups and translate insights into targeted interventions that improve awareness, confidence, responsible usage, behavior change, and sustained adoption.
  • Support AI literacy, enablement, and self-service resources that help employees and leaders understand approved AI tools, responsible use expectations, practical use cases, and role-specific adoption opportunities.
  • Collect, analyze, and publish adoption and change effectiveness metrics, including awareness, training completion, active usage, use case engagement, sentiment, barriers, behavior change, and value realization indicators.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to AI initiative teams and business leaders to improve adoption, remove friction, prioritize enablement needs, and increase measurable value from AI solutions.
  • Coordinate with AI champions, change networks, Communications, HR, Learning, IT, Legal, Privacy, and Security partners to reinforce responsible AI adoption and share leading practices across the enterprise.


Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Communications, Strategy, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or related field ii. Change Management certification or demonstrated equivalent experience supporting technology-enabled change
  • 6+ years post-college experience.
  • 5+ years' experience delivering organizational change management for enterprise technology, digital transformation, AI, data, automation, or business process initiatives.
  • Academic and applied understanding of change management fundamentals, with ability to adapt methods for AI adoption, responsible use, employee readiness, and behavior change.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to translate AI concepts, adoption expectations, and value messages for executive, manager, and employee audiences.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and experience using dashboards, survey tools, collaboration platforms, or AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with executive leaders, AI COE teammates, and cross-functional partners with poise, tactfulness, and diplomacy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units, regions, and functions to advance AI adoption and value realization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, interpret adoption data, identify barriers, and pivot change plans based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.
  • Experience supporting adoption and value measurement, including defining success metrics, collecting feedback, analyzing usage or engagement trends, and preparing insights for leadership review.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools used to deliver communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption reporting.
  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently across multiple AI change initiatives.
  • Ability to work as part of the AI COE in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment with AI product, technology, business, communications, HR, learning, and governance partners.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships and build trust with leaders, AI champions, managers, and employee stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret adoption, sentiment, readiness, engagement, and value realization data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment where AI capabilities, use cases, stakeholder needs, and responsible use expectations continue to evolve.


Preferred:
  • Experience working within an AI Center of Excellence, digital transformation office, analytics team, automation team, or enterprise technology adoption function.
  • Experience leading change in a multi-region environment.
  • Experience partnering with HR, Corporate Communications, Learning, IT, Data/Analytics, Legal, Privacy, Security, and business leaders to drive responsible AI adoption.
  • Experience creating adoption dashboards, value realization scorecards, change health reports, or executive-ready measurement summaries.
  • Experience with AI productivity tools, Copilot or similar enterprise AI platforms, adoption analytics, survey platforms, learning platforms, Power BI, or change measurement tools.
