Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a combined medical and continuing care unit.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop patient care plans.
• Perform clinical tasks, including sterile dressing changes and catheterizations.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care and treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with privacy standards.
