REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
Five (5) years of relevant experience
Five (5) years of leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
Certifications
- Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent baseline networking certification to support required operational coverage responsibilities.
And at least one of the following IAM II certifications
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
- CompTIA Advanced security Practitioner with Continuing Education (CASP+ CE)
- Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Global Security Leadership Council (GSLC)
- Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)
- Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP)
Education
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art degree with at least four (4) additional years of related experience
Clearance
- Top Secret 6 IT-I Critical Sensitive Tier 5
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as the Project Manager for a large, complex task order or group of related task orders, coordinating closely with the Program Manager, KO, COTR, government leadership, and customer stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely delivery of all requirements.
Oversees all technical and programmatic execution, including roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, schedule development, resource allocation, reporting, and alignment with engineering direction.
Provides leadership to multi-disciplinary teams while also maintaining the capability to perform subordinate operational roles such as VTC Administrator, Lead, or Telecom Network Junior Engineer, supporting SBC/CUBE and E911 operations, Tier 1 2 troubleshooting, and engineering-directed maintenance.
Ensures adherence to approved procedures during development, testing, and change events; consolidates operational and technical reporting; sustains audit readiness; enforces enterprise policy compliance; and serves as the senior on-site authority ensuring continuity of operations and fully integrated, customer-focused service delivery.
