Agile Program ManagerPosition Overview:The Agile Program Manager oversees the full execution of the contract, serving as the primary interface with Government leadership while driving a high-performing, outcome-focused Agile delivery environment. This leader applies proven, hands-on expertise with enterprise Agile management tools such as Jira to track capacity, manage backlog workflows, forecast delivery velocity, and generate flow metrics and dashboards that guide decision-making. They champion a culture of continuous improvement by using measurable Agile adoption indicators, such as increased stakeholder participation, reduced sprint scope creep, and consistent delivery predictability, to identify inefficiencies and reallocate capacity toward priority missions. With deep experience scaling Agile practices across multiple teams, the Agile Program Manager ensures alignment with strategic objectives while maintaining disciplined execution across the enterprise. This role requires a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance, at least five years of recent Agile program management experience, direct Jira proficiency, and a current advanced Agile certification.
Job Responsibilities:- Proven, hands-on experience utilizing enterprise Agile management tools (Jira at a minimum) to track capacity, manage backlog workflows, forecast delivery velocity, and generate flow metrics and dashboards.
- Leads the overall contract effort as well as interface with Government leadership.
- Demonstrate an Agile culture of continuous improvement, evidenced by measurable Agile adoption metrics (e.g., stakeholder participation rates, reduction in sprint scope creep, predictable sprint delivery) and the proactive identification of inefficiencies to free up capacity for higher-priority missions.
Required Qualifications:- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated program management experience leading Agile teams or managing cross-functional, capacity-based professional services contracts in either a federal or commercial environment, with at least three (3) of those years occurring within the past five (5) years.
- Has experience scaling Agile practices across multiple teams while maintaining alignment with strategic goals.
- Direct experience with Agile management tools, specifically Jira
- Must possess a current, recognized advanced Agile-specific credential.
