What You'll Do- Build and establish a practical, scalable Agile PMO framework, including project intake, prioritization, governance, reporting and delivery standards.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch, adoption and benefits realization.
- Serve as a hands-on Scrum Master and Agile Delivery Lead, facilitating teams, removing roadblocks and improving delivery predictability.
- Translate business objectives into epics, features, user stories, roadmaps, milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Establish Azure DevOps as a core platform for project visibility, backlog management, delivery tracking and reporting.
- Coach leaders, Product Owners and project teams on Agile principles and build internal Agile champions across the organization.
- Bring structure, transparency and accountability to our project portfolio while keeping the focus on business value-not bureaucracy.
What You Need:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of project/program management, Agile delivery, transformation or related experience.
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Proven experience introducing or strengthening Agile practices in an organization where project management maturity is still developing.
- Hands-on Azure DevOps experience.
- Strong facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
- The ability to influence without formal authority, challenge the status quo and bring structure to ambiguity.
- PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, beauty/personal care or another operationally complex environment is preferred.
