AGILE BUSINESS ANALYST (SERVICENOW)
Location: Hybrid - Must Live in DC, MD, or VA (DMV)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Mid-Level Agile Business Analyst with ServiceNow CSM implementation experience. The Agile Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams, ensuring evolving business needs are continuously understood, prioritized, and translated into actionable user stories and product features. The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, refining backlogs, and driving iterative delivery through close collaboration with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams. The selected candidate must be comfortable writing Jira user stories for large Agile teams (10+ members), with expert-level Jira knowledge required.
MANDATORY SKILLS
35+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst
35 Proven experience with ServiceNow CSM implementation - translating business requirements into ServiceNow feature stories
35 Ability to drive implementation plans and conduct demos with customers and leadership
35 Experience interacting with large Scrum teams
35 Strong understanding of Agile frameworks - Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
35 SME-level, expert knowledge of Jira with hands-on creation of 10-15 user stories per week
35 Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
35 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
35 Experience with UI-related products and basic knowledge of Web Services/REST APIs
35 Health insurance/payor industry experience
35 Cloud/DevOps project experience
35 SAFe/Agile-related certifications
QUALIFICATIONS
35 Bachelors degree (in lieu of degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience accepted)
