Job Requirements What You will Do:- Design, architect, and implement agentic AI systems using appropriate orchestration patterns, frameworks, LLM integrations, and tooling to support complex, risk aware workflows.
- Own end to end delivery from prototype to production, ensuring strong data grounding, reliability, human in the loop controls, escalation paths, and graceful failure behavior in live systems.
- Integrate agentic systems with enterprise data sources, internal APIs, and third party tools in compliance with security, privacy, and data governance policies.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance decision-making using AI-driven approaches.
- Partner with process owners, domain experts, and governance teams to translate business problems into trusted, usable AI solutions.
- Contribute to development of data science and AI strategy.
- Evaluate emerging technologies in Gen AI and recommend adoption to improve capabilities.
- Support intellectual property development, including publications and patents.
- Participate in industry forums, conferences, and technical communities.
Work Experience Required• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in software or related domain.
• 2+ years specialized in AI/ML, LLM solutions, and hands-on development of agentic systems and autonomous workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Python, REST APIs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and stateful agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph or equivalent).
• Experience in deploying and operating LLM/agent workflows in production, including monitoring and evaluation.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry or comparable platforms for agent development, deployment, evaluation, and safety controls.
• Working knowledge of Azure based cloud environment and Databricks.
• Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Self-directed learner with strong problem-solving skills and practical business judgment.
Preferred• Master's degree or higher in a STEM field.
• Exposure to drilling, oil & gas, or industrial data environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations).
Pay range: $100K- $120K Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
